The Parchment Pathway

Fellowship Program

Give your students an edge against the world.

Parchment provides free digital and on-campus presentations that teach high school students personal finance, college success strategies, fundamental leadership skills, and professional development lessons necessary to succeed in a hyper-competitive environment.

What is Parchment?

The Parchment Pathway Fellowship Program is an online academic initiative carefully crafted to help prepare high school students for long-term success by teaching entrepreneurialism, advanced college success strategies, personal finance, leadership fundamentals, and professional development skills including strategic networking, project planning, and career-research.

Program Services

The Parchment Pathway Fellowship is a year-long program that begins during the Fall Semester and ends during the Spring Semester, and is focused on teaching students professional concepts traditionally learned in university-level fellowship programs and in executive-level workforce environments.

  • During the Spring Semester, Parchment Fellows are connected with Career Mentors from industries that the students are interested in pursuing, providing invaluable insight into how to pursue those pathways academically and professionally.

  • Throughout the Fall Semester, students are introduced to in-class guest speakers who discuss subjects including: Taking initiative, succeeding in college, strategically networking, behaving professionally, managing personal finances competently, and becoming real leaders.

  • During the Fall Semester, volunteers and staff come together to host bi-weekly educational workshops that delve into subjects discussed during guest speaking sessions, digging into important concepts and their real-world applications with written content and assignments.

  • During the Spring Semester, while being connected with Career Mentors, Parchment Fellows also work with Parchment volunteers and staff to discuss college and career ambitions and develop comprehensive strategies to excel in the workforce, avoid student debt, and get accepted into dream schools.

“Our goal is to shape builders - students with the skills and confidence to create their own futures and define their own success.”
